Trex IPTV refund policy
A Trex IPTV line is a digital service that activates the instant a payment clears, which shapes the whole policy. The short version: broken gets fixed or refunded, changed your mind does not.
When a refund is made
If the payment cleared and no line was ever delivered, that is refunded. If the credentials issued to you cannot be made to work on a supported device and support cannot resolve it, that is refunded too. Both cases start with a message rather than a bank dispute, and both are judged against what the terms of service say a plan buys.
When a refund is not made
A line that was delivered, activated and used is not refunded because you changed your mind, bought the wrong region without asking first, or stopped watching. Credentials shared publicly end the plan without a refund. Buying fewer plans than you had screens, and finding that the second screen will not play alongside the first, is a counting problem rather than a fault in the service. The per-device rule is spelled out before you pay.
How to ask
Message support from the email on the order with the payment date, the amount charged, and what actually went wrong. Describe the failure, not the frustration, since the first thing anyone checks is whether the line is live at our end.
How the money comes back
Refunds go back through the payment provider to the method used. Timing after that is the bank's, not ours. Because prices are in USD and the provider settles in EGP, conversion rates may have moved between the purchase and the refund, so the returned amount in your local currency can differ slightly.
Questions
I bought the wrong region. Can I get my money back?
Not automatically. Write in before using the line and it is a support question; write in after weeks of viewing and the answer is no.
Is part of a long term refundable if I stop early?
No. Terms are sold and paid as a block, so 90.00 USD buys twenty-four months whether or not you watch all of them.
Should I raise a chargeback instead?
No. A chargeback suspends the line while the bank investigates and slows the outcome down. Email first.
