What sits inside a pack
A pack is a regional slice of the service, not a quality tier. What it carries follows the region on the label: the broadcasters that transmit there, in the languages spoken there, on that region's schedule. The 20,000+ channels and VOD figure is the count across the whole service rather than the count inside any one pack, so the pack you choose decides which slice of that total your line can open.
What a pack does not promise
A channel that appears in one pack will not always appear in another. Line-ups also shift over time as feeds come and go, which is true of every provider and worth knowing before you pay for two years. Send the channel name to support before checkout and you get a yes or a no in writing; send it after the line is built and the same question turns into a refund conversation.
VOD is included
