Pick a term. Pay. Watch.

Terms of service

Plain version first: you buy access for one device for a fixed term, you pay once, and the access ends when the term does. The detail below fills that in.

What a plan buys

Access to the region pack you selected, for the term you paid for, on one device. A plan provisions one line, and one line carries one simultaneous stream: the credentials may be installed on more than one device, but only one of them can play at any given moment. Access is delivered as an Xtream Codes line or an M3U playlist, and may be provisioned to a MAG box against the MAC address of that box. The service is for personal viewing unless a separate reseller arrangement has been agreed.

Payment terms

Prices are listed in USD and charged in full at checkout. The payment provider settles in EGP. Billing is one-off, so no recurring authorization is created and no renewal is taken automatically when the term ends.

Your credentials

The details sent to you are yours to keep private. Publishing them, selling them, or distributing them to people outside your purchase ends the plan without a refund. Credentials that show up in public are rotated or disabled.

Channel availability

No individual channel is guaranteed for the length of a term. Feeds are added, moved and withdrawn by the sources behind them, so a line-up on the day you buy is a snapshot rather than a commitment.

Chargebacks

Raising a chargeback instead of contacting support suspends the line immediately while the dispute runs. Most billing problems are resolved faster by email than by a bank dispute.

Questions

Can I use one plan on two devices?

The credentials will install on both, but the line plays one stream at a time, so the second screen is refused while the first is watching. Two screens watching at once needs a second plan at the listed price.

Do the terms change what I already paid for?

No. A paid term runs on the terms in force when you bought it.

Your line is waiting

Pick a term, pay, and the activation panel builds your line before you close the tab.
