Privacy policy

Short list, short reasons. Buying a line needs an email address and a payment record, and that is close to the whole of it.

What is collected

The email address you enter at checkout, the plan and region you selected, the date and amount of the payment, and the credentials issued to you. The email is where the line is delivered, so there is no way to complete a purchase without one.

Payment data

Card details are entered with the payment provider, not stored here. What comes back is a confirmation that the payment cleared plus the reference needed to match it to your order. Since billing is one-off, nothing is retained for a future charge.

What is not done with it

There is no newsletter and no marketing list, so there is nothing for your address to be added to. An order generates exactly three kinds of mail: the credentials, the payment provider's receipt, and any reply to a message you sent us. Support correspondence stays with the people handling orders.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept while the term runs and afterward for accounting purposes. Ask for your record to be removed and it is removed, with the caveat that removing the order also removes the ability to look up your line later.

Cookies

The checkout uses what it needs to hold your selection between pages and complete the payment. Blocking those breaks the purchase flow rather than just the analytics.

Questions

Do you store my card number?

No. The payment provider handles the card. Only the payment confirmation and order reference are kept here.

Can I have my data deleted?

Yes. Write in from the email on the order and ask. Deleting it also removes the record used to find your line.

Your line is waiting

Pick a term, pay, and the activation panel builds your line before you close the tab.
