The unit being priced is a device, not a person and not an address. One plan is one line, and one line carries one simultaneous stream. The credentials will install on as many boxes as you like, but the second screen that starts playing while the first is running gets refused, which is why two screens watching at the same time means two plans. Three devices means three plans: $32.97 on 1 Month, $165.00 on 12 Months, $270.00 on 24 Months. Count concurrent screens before you pick a term and the total stops surprising you.
You pay the full term at checkout. Nothing renews, nothing is held on file to charge later, and no card is billed on a schedule. Prices are quoted in USD; the FAQ page explains why some banks label the charge as international.
All five terms open the same catalog: 20,000+ channels and VOD inside whichever region pack you chose. A $10.99 line and a $90.00 line see identical content. Term length moves the end date and the per-month cost. The region pack is the only thing that moves the line-up.

If it watches at the same time, yes. One line plays one stream, so a household running two screens at once buys two plans. Screens that never overlap can take turns on one.
